For the past 6 years I have gained 15 kg. In order for me to become and healthy, I consulted a professional trainer - Illarion Ientin. After our first training session I observed his responsible approach to his work and his interest in my result. Regular training three times per week was useful to me.

I began falling asleep easily before 11 p.m., felt more refreshed, became more stress-resistant and energetic.
